11/05/2011 - Louisville. KY (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Hansen, ridden by Ramon Dominguez, nosed out even-money favorite Union Rags to win the $2 million Breeders' Cup Juvenile on Saturday at Churchill Downs. The two-year-old colt covered the 1 1/16-miles in 1:44.44 on a fast track.

Trained by Mike Maker, Hansen broke sharply from the gate to take the lead. The gray colt set the entire pace for the 13-horse field. Union Rags, undefeated in his first three career starts, was wide on the first turn, but found room to run around the final turn.

Hansen still had the lead at the top of stretch as the favorite drove from the outside. The leader was able to hold off Union Rags for the upset. Creative Cause, the 5-1 second choice, was third with Dullahan fourth.

Owned by Dr. Kendall Hansen, the two-year-old namesake earned $1.08 million to put his earnings at $1.15 million. The colt is perfect in three starts, including the Kentucky Cup Juvenile.

The winner of the Juvenile is commonly the early Kentucky Derby favorite.

Hansen paid $16.20, $6.60 and $4.60. Union Rags returned $3.20 and $2.20, and Creative Cause paid $3.60 to show.

Kurt Warner to start, Matt Leinart to watch

Despite the debate that's swirling , Kurt Warner will remain the starting quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals, coach Dennis Green said today. The Arizona Cardinals are the +7 point underdog at online sportsbook MySportsbook.com for this Sunday's game.

Green's comment came in a statement released by the team following an ESPN report that Green decided that rookie Matt Leinart would replace Warner as starter for Sunday's game at Atlanta.

"Generally talking about the starting lineup is not something we do," Green told the AP. "However, given the speculation that was out there we want to make it clear. We're disappointed after last week, but we still expect to be a playoff football team and we fully expect Kurt Warner to be the quarterback that leads us. That has not changed."
